Replace your Current Device with a New Device

After you receive your new device, please follow these simple steps to transfer all the data from your old device to your new device together with your subscription

iPhone iOS

  1. Step: Click on your “Profile” from the dashboard.
  2. Step: Click on the arrows next to your vehicle’s name.
  3. Step: Chose the option to “Replace Device”.
  4. Step: Enter the activation code and serial number of your new device and click “Finish” The app will refresh and take you back to your profile screen. Your device has been replaced.

This is it, your new device will now contain all the data from your old device.

Android

  1. Step: Click on your “Profile” from the dashboard.
  2. Step: Click on the button to “Add vehicle”.
  3. Step: A pop-up will appear. Chose the option to “Replace Device”.
  4. Step: Enter the activation code and serial number of your new device and click “Next”. The app will refresh and take you back to your profile screen. Your device has been replaced.

This is it, your new device will now contain all the data from your old device.

My.carlock web app

  1. Step: Visit https://my.carlock.co/c/login
  2. Step: Click on your “Profile” where your name is written in the right upper corner.
  3. Step: Click on the button to “Add vehicle”.
  4. Step: Enter the activation code and serial number of your new device and click “Replace Device”.

This is it, your new device will now contain all the data from your old device.

Send us Back your Old Device

Please send the device (along with the box and papers – if you still have them) to the address below:
